1. PGH Children Christmas Party
         Where: PGH Pedia Surgery Ward Christmas Party!
         When: December 08, 2014 (Monday) 8am - 12nn
         What to bring: Toys and Gifts for Children

 2. In line with our 31st Anniversary, for UAP Makati CBD Members who still want to settle their membership status for this fiscal year, we will have a one - time reprieve during our event on December 10 ONLY. Please take note that this apply this to our CHAPTER DUES ONLY.
 



          Conditions:
           1. We will only accept Chapter Dues Payment. The Member is responsible to 
               process their late IAPOA payment to UAP National Headquarters - membership 
               division (with corresponding penalties.)

          2. Please contact the UAP National Headquarter - Membership division for printout of 
              your back dues.

          3. Print out the PDF Copy and PERSONALLY bring it to our December 10 Event.

Please confirm on or before November 23, Sunday, so we can inform the venue of the number of people attending. This is very important so we don't run out of food and drinks.

UAP Makati CBD Movie Nights: Big Hero 6

Greetings UAP Makati CBD

We will be having a Movie Night on November 12, 2014, Wednesday, at MyCinema Greenbelt 3, for the movie Big Hero 6. Registration starts at 6:00pm.

Due to limited slots, reservations will made thru text. Kindly state your name and PRC # to 09164165130 / 09233971816. First come first serve basis. Members who reserve thru text, but who do not attend the Movie Night, a penalty of double payment of the assessment fee will be imposed on the next GMM he/she will be attending.

We will be having another GMM for the month of November. Invitations will be posted soon.
