We would like to invite all of you to our June Thanksgiving General Membership Meeting. This will be on June 22, 2016, Wednesday.

 We will be accepting payment for Chapter Dues and UAP National Membership Fee for FY 2016 - 2017

1. For UAP CBD Chapter Members who wants to pay their Chapter Dues and UAP National Membership Fee for FY 2016 - 2017 here is the break down.

Chapter Dues = Php 350.00
UAP National Membership Fee = Php 600.00
Assessment Fee = Php 250.00
Total Payment :  Php 1,200.00

2. For New Members of UAP

UAP Registration/Initial Membership Fee: Php 100.00

UAP Membership Fee: Php 600.00

Chapter Dues: Php 350.00

Assessment Fee: Php 250.00

Total Payment: Php 1,300.00
