4. UAP Makati CBD Members who will be giving the UAP Makati CBD Chapter Membership Form will have a Php 50.00 off from Assessment Fee. The Discount is applicable only during GMM. Members who have already submitted last July GMM will not be credited for Php 50.00 off for August GMM. ONE TIME DISCOUNT shall be covered. Please email and bring a copy of your database form at uapmakaticbd@gmail.com.
