October GMM- Movie Night

Hi, Members :) !

We would like to invite you to an exciting GMM!!!  

October is our MOVIE NIGHT GMM !!!

Due to the small venue, we will have 2 GMMs this month.  Please choose only 1 day to attend.  You can either attend on Oct 18, Tuesday, or Oct 25, Tuesday, depending on your schedule and/or your choice of movie :)  We usually have our GMMs on Wednesday, but due to the availability of the movie theater, we will have both on a Tuesday.

We can only accommodate 45 members (non-members cannot be accommodated) per movie, so please confirm which day you are attending ASAP at:  www.uapmakaticbd.blogspot.com

Deadline of confirmation is on:  October 17, Monday.

Some reminders:

IAPOA and Chapter dues may be paid.  There is now a penalty for late payment of IAPOA - from P600, it is now P900.

For those who have paid for their IAPOA fee, certificates will be available as well.  PERSONAL APPEARANCE is required for you to get your IAPOA certificate.  Thank you for your understanding regarding this.

For those who wish to join the chapter for the first time, please sign the New Membership Form, then pay the necessary dues (IAPOA, chapter dues and assessment fee).  Before you can be inducted formally into the chapter, the chapter requires attendance to 3 chapter GMMs or events.  Attached is the New Membership Form for those who will be joining us.  Please fill up for faster registration later.
