We would like to invite all of you to our August 2015 General Membership Meeting. This will be on  26 August 2015, Wednesday.

Please confirm on or before 21 August 2015, so we can inform the venue of the number of people attending. This is very important so we don't run out of food, nor of chairs.

1. Attire: Smart Casual

 

2.  New Member of UAP

Initial Membership Fee    : Php 100.00

Annual Membership Fee :  Php 600.00

Chapter Dues                  :  Php 350.00

Assessment Fee             : Php 250.00

3.  UAP Makati CBD Chapter Members Renewing your Annual Membership Dues

Annual Membership Fee :  Php 600.00

Chapter Dues                  :  Php 350.00

Assessment Fee             : Php 250.00 

Total            : Php 1200.00

4. UAP Makati CBD Members who will be giving the UAP Makati CBD Chapter Membership Form will have a  Php 50.00 off from Assessment Fee. The Discount is applicable only during GMM. Members who have already submitted last July GMM will not be credited for Php 50.00 off for August GMM. ONE TIME DISCOUNT shall be covered. Please email and bring a copy of your database form at uapmakaticbd@gmail.com.

 

5. For Non - Members

UAP Makati CBD Member's Guest / Non Members : Php 1,500.00
