We would like to invite all of you to our GMM 04 - FY 2015-16 : OCTOBER 2015. This will be on October 28 2015, Wednesday.

Please confirm on or before October 23, Friday, so we can inform the venue of the number of people attending. This is very important so we don't run out of food and drinks.



Reminder:

1. Iapoa Certificate of Members who have paid from June 2015 - September  2015 will be released during our GMM.

2. We will be accepting Chapter Dues Payment with Penalty. IAPOA Payments may be paid directly to UAP HQ kindly contact first the Chapter Treasurer Ar. Katherina Ann S. Clemente, uap before going directly to UAP HQ.
